Not impressed at all with the Awesome Giraffes it’s ok to be different colors shirt process that my order had come in at I received this late january I had orginally ordered just after boxing day specifically for the primer and the eye shadow creams I had purchased 4 primers and only received 1 the shipment receipt read all items were in the box but when I looked I only got 1 primer out of 4 the whole point of my order was for the primer and cream shadows which didn’t ship for over 4 weeks my money for the 3 was returned but i’m not likely to return for another order to be made to wait double to triple the delivery time. So I just recently discovered your store and the prices were amazing and I love it or loved it until I realize that the place cash is just a gimmick I had stuff in my cart yesterday and I didn’t get to finish purchasing well today I am able to use my placecash my cart showed 33 but when I went to check out the price went up to 48 i’m glad I double checked getting 10 off of 20 isn’t really a great deal when the pants that were 10 yesterday are now 19 so you’re not really saving money how disappointing i’ll still shop your sales but I wont’ shop as much I worked hard to earn place cash and now I feel like the cash is just a joke the deals are better without it lesson learned i’ll just shop sales instead and forget about your cash I feel totally cheated almost like when shopping at justice for their fake sales. The honest company I ordered a city backpack from a pea in the pod last week and got it today and it was damaged I was so upset as I loved the design of this bag and wanted to splurge since this is my third and last boy much to my disappointment I didn’t get great customer service from apeainthepodmaternity and they immediately told me to take it back to one of their store for a refund rather than trying to make it right or offering to send another one out the nearest store is 30 miles away at least or I was finally given the option to wait on a return mailing label to send it back with would be a week process to get my refund I wanted to love this bag so much I hate that it was damaged and that a pea in the pod really didn’t care either way you may have both lost a customer today maybe i’m still hormonal but i’m up in my feelings about this because I expected better quality in a 150 bag and certainly better customer care than what I received from a pea in the pod aka destination maternity I will be returning the bag for a full refund and not shopping with apitp and likely won’t be shopping with the honest brand anymore
